National Capital Horse Trials Association
The National Capital Horse Trials Association (NCHTA)
is dedicated to the promotion of horse trials and Eventing in Eastern Ontario.
Anyone who rides, organizes, volunteers or supports the sport of Eventing in Eastern Ontario is invited to take part - there are no fees to join, no membership cards ... all you need is a love of the sport.
The Association offers support to competition organizers, riders, and coaches. Competitors in local shows can earn points towards year-end awards and trophies, and the Association organizes clinics of interest to riders and coaches. To become more involved in NCHTA activities, please contact ruth@oakhurstfarm.com
Please note that in order to be eligible for year end awards in 2011, riders are required to complete and return a National Capital Horse Trials Membership Application. If you filled one out last year, you are automatically enrolled again. There is no charge, and they can be found here: Membership Application.
